Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you come to me?

Yes. I'm a mobile notary, so I travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or wherever is easiest for you. Just give me the address when you book and I'll be there.

What areas do you serve?

I cover the Denver and Colorado Springs areas and the towns in between, including Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Littleton, Castle Rock, Monument, and Black Forest. If you're not sure whether you're in range, reach out and I'll let you know.

How much does it cost?

The notary fee is $5 to $15 per signature, plus a travel fee that starts at $25 depending on your location. Every job is a little different, so reach out or book online and I'll confirm your exact price up front, before we ever meet.

What do I need to have ready for my appointment?

Bring a valid, unexpired photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Have your document ready but leave it unsigned, since I need to witness the signature. Everyone who is signing needs to be present with their own ID.

Can you do same-day, evening, or weekend appointments?

Often, yes. I keep flexible hours and offer same-day, after-hours, and weekend appointments when my schedule allows. Call or text me and I'll do my best to fit you in.

What kinds of documents can you notarize?

A wide range, including loan and real estate signings, wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and certified copies of records like passports and diplomas. If you're unsure about your document, just ask.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online any time using the booking button on this page, or call or text me at (720) 682-4793. Let me know the document type, how many signers there are, and your location, and we’ll get you scheduled.
